helloThank you for the inquiry.I am an Authorized Agent (mandate) and DIRECT with a real buyer of rough diamonds, 5 carats and larger only; initially, up to Ask Buyer-2 million monthly; and, New York City delivery via Malca Amit (preferred);Brinks; G4S Securicor or RAM International, cif, only.There is a 3% commission available split 50-50 between the buyer and seller sides, provided the seller does not contribute anything towards commissions. My clients will not advance any fees, but they will REIMBURSE the sellers travel and lodging expenses (or shipping and insurance expenses, if they choose to ship the stones), AFTER the closing of the transaction in New York City.WE DO NOT PAY THE SELLERS EXPORT TAX, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IT IS THE SELLERS TAX, not the buyers tax. Chance to make some nice monthly income, since after the first spot buy for cash/wire transfer, they would consider a Contract for long term monthly business. Have a sanitized LOI. Have a Diamond Dealers Club (Hes been a member for 31 years.) reference letter for my buyer. Have a Ask Buyer million dollar Proof of Funds letter for the serious seller and/or his banker, available after we receive a satisfactory manifest with pricing for purchase. NO BLOCKING.We also purchase gold dust, 50-300 kilos monthly. Need cif delivery to our refinery in NYCity, with settlement after refining. Payment via wire transfer within 1/2 hour.We do not offer any financial instruments. We offer the POF letter only. Please do not send me any of those 50,000 to 500,000 carat internet manifests. A modest sized manifest of 500, 1,000 or 2,000 carats, with pricing, gets us started.We do not leave New York City.We do not advance any money to anyone for anything.Have a nice day. Thank you.
