I ordered a wig. was suppose to be silky straight Malaysian hair. it dried curly and when I had it cut, the hairstylist noticed tinsel like strands of hair in it before being washed. after washing it only 2 times, in cold water, the color has come off, and more silver/grey/tinsel strands are showing up. the water had turned to dark pink Kevin/forrest wang has not responded to any of my messages, i have sent photos.the wig was suppose to be full glueless it had edging on it, no lace in the front or sides or back that had to be cut.after this washing now, i am very concerned with the product i paid Ask Buyer for and NO ONE is responding to any of my messages. I contacted kevin after your holiday (after I had received the wig) I really would like to know if someone can fix your mistakes. I do not think this is human hair or it would NOT turn grey after being died and washed. It was suppose to be straight, it is curly (and wouldnt have known that until it was washed.
