Looking for portland cement

My name is Austy. Im a trader from Brazil and I have orders from three different ports in Brazil.I would like to know your best price for 5.000 tons of 50kg bagged Portland cement, type II. It may be 32.5 or 42.5 (32.5 preferable).Due to Brazilian Law, the cement expiring date must be 90 days within bagging date. Thus, we cannot place larger orders at this time.Also, we need to know if you can send the order into 40-foot containers instead of sling bags. Unfortunately, Brazilian ports charge extra fees to handle sling bags, which can make this trade unfeasible.We are considering right now to place 3 orders of 5.000 tons to be delivered at 3 different ports in Brazil (Sao Luiz, Belem, Manaus). After confirmation, how long does it take to load up the cargo into the ships?Please, let us know as well, what are your requirements to place the order. If it can be placed through our trading co. or it should be placed directly through our client.
