Dear Sir,Thank you for your mail to us.We are sorry for the slight delay getting back to you, reason being that this is not an issue of one man decision as your product approval has to be generally accepted.We understood from your mail that you are willing and capable to supply the needed agricultural machines in bulk.I want you to note that this is a bulk order of agricultural farm machines under the supervision of (ECOWAS) ECONOMIC COMMUNITY FOR WEST AFRICAN STATES - GHANA PROJECT - for the development of food production.we want you to give us your quotes for the machines so that we can be able to book our order and then move forward.There are other items needed but they want to test your capability. Dont worry, it will be secured once you live up to them in this firsttrial.Note the supply is bulk and it will be supplied to many local communities.The supply project is monitored and supervised by The ECOWASprocurement contract supply committee to make sure that quality products are procured.I have the capacity and ability to get the supply on your behalf because of my relationship with some members of the supply award committee. This is the terms and condition of the supply contracts.Means of payment: - Bank to Bank transfer system, to be confirmed by your bank. 80% down payment before production. through bank T/T.Delivery time: - 12 to 24 months from the day of payment.Proforma Invoice: - C.I.F Country of Products origin.Shipment Destination: - Tema Sea Port, Accra - Ghana.Partial shipment and contract review is allowed if eventually you are the selected supplier and you will be the sole supplier for the nextcoming year as the former suppliers contract ended last year. Send the requested information in a timely fashion so that we can move forward and note that l am commission sourcing agent and lf you winthe supply award with my company effort then l will be entitled to a commission compensation of 1% of the total invoice value. You have togive the quotes such that it will take care of my commission from the beginning. You will pay my commission the moment you receive yourpayment confirmation from your bank.Get back to me soon if you are capable to handle the bulk supply as other companies are equally vying for the supply.
