Dear Sir,We are Egyptian Company work in Truck services specially Renault Trucks.We are interested in Diag NG3 For Renault Trucks VehiclesWe want to inquire and clarify some points: What is the VCADS Pro version installed in it? This Diagnostic can be used to diagnosis old models such as DCI Vehicles? If so, could you explain to us (through screenshots) some of tests which can be performed by using this Tool? In DXI vehicles, could you send also some screenshots for the test & calibration procedures, which can be performed by using this Tool? Is it contains other softwares like (DiagMax, Body builder Tools, etc.)? In the event of any problems in the software or OS failure. Is there Recovery DVDs to recover the software? This is dealer Diagnostic, we want to know how did you deal with user authentication for opening the diagnostic software & updates ? I know that Renault trucks stop supporting the software update for Diag NG3 from Sept. 2011 because they now have new Diagnostic called Diag NG10, i want to ensure that your device with the last updates for Vcads Pro & all other software patches? I want to know if you have any offer for the new one Renault Diag NG10? Is the price includes the shipment cost? How can we pay for it? We want to know more about your company?Regards.
