Dear Sir/Madam, We are a company seeking to design and sell a nail varnish remover pen and have a few questions regarding the scope of your manufacturing process.Firstly, we were wondering if you could manufacture the screw threads for the top cap of the pen. The cap we have designed does not have screw threads. We can put this in later but if you are able to manufacture it without dimensions, that would be ideal. Secondly, for the tip of the pen, we would like to have a sturdy sponge like material, similar to what you might see on a highlighting marker or a firm make-up sponge. The main body of the pen should bulge at the base, near the nib, where it should be able to be squeezed slightly. We have not yet included this in our prototype design. This will dispense the liquid through the cap and into the sponge-tip. This design is similar to Tipp-Ex corrector pen. We are considering using High Density Polyethylene for the corrector pen body, but are open to your advice in this area. We are not sure of the colour for the main-body material just yet but we can let you know of this at a later date. Thus, were interested to know if you could work with us on this and the pricing structure also. Thank you for your time.
