GPS/GSM Car Tracker Devices

Dear Ms. SusieI have checked your product and I am interested in your GPS/GSM car trackers. I hope you will excuse my English cause I am sure it is not as good as yours.GPS technology is very new in Peru, so I hope you can understand that I am not so familiar about it. I have a small company ( Check set in Lima ) and I want to set up a new line of business. This must be able to track stolen cars. The frequency is 1900MHZ.There is a few companies here that uses GPS tracking, but their line of business is oriented to buses, trucks or taxi fleets ( because of its costs ). My idea is to make it available to simple users, so it has to be cheap and no needs for monthly fees. GPRS service is too expensive in Peru, so, Is there anyway to avoid it? Maybe just using the GSM service by SMS?As you can see, the device does not need to be a complex one.
