Dear Sir,We are manufacturer of diamond wire for cutting stone. We have attached picture of our product. We have tried different grade of TPU of Bayer company. We are using injection molding machine but still we are facing problem i.e. adhesion of TPU on wire rope is not strong that is why it is removed after usage of 20%, even the beads on wire is start rotating on wire which starts breaking the wire. We know about rubber coating is another option but with compression system it will be very expensive and time consuming so we are looking for rubber granules which can be injected just like TPU process.Rubber granules with PU coating will be also acceptable. We require high temperature resistant, high abrasion resistant due to friction with stone material and strong adhesion with wire rope as well as strong holding of beads which are seen on the wire. We will appreciate your suggestion of rubber granules or pu blended with rubber or pu material which is suitable for our application
