Looking for reliable used rail and scrap. We use Bank of New York as LC bank. We are not interested in dealing with a lot of middlemen. If you are not the yard or mandate for the yard we are not interested in dealing with you. Location of rail must be Europe or North America. No Indian, Asian, African or South American rail or scrap will be considered. We will not deal with mandates who are not physically located in Europe or North America. You must also have an office we can visit, and we must be able to visit the yard and confirm your mandate. We have attorneys and accountants in Eastern Europe and US and Canada who can verify your informaiton so please dont waste your time and ours. We expect performance bonds to be initiated when the LC is in place and prior to draw down. Please expect us to verify your banking information as well.
