Dear sir we are manufacturing a conveyor of 60 feet lengthwhere chain driven method is applied.We need 101.6mm pitch chain and 90 mm dia sprocket..There will be plates on the conveyor for carrying shoe moulds.These plates will be connected to the chain which will drive/pull the plates round in an oval shape.This conveyor will have to move slowly and with adjustable speed.Normally it should move around 15-20 ft per minute.We use 1440 RPM, 5 HP,3 phase motor to run the conveyor We need helical, vertical gear box which should reduce the speed by 200 times ie the out put speed should be 7 approximately.
