We are requesting quotes from textile manufactures for woolen jacquard blankets. We would like to start with producing 100 blankets for each design. The first design is 2 colors (red and black), with a sample of the design attached. The size would be 64X80. We want a blended product of 82% virgin wool with a warp of 18% cotton. Final weight would be about 5.3-5.6 lbs. The blanket should also be napped and anti-pilling, and include a felt binding and embossed, sewn on soft leather label. Let me know if you have experience with similar blankets and include any photos of similar products you have manufactured. Please also give us your best price for these blankets.
