Looking for custom silicone snap watch

RFQ Description

I am looking for a company to manufacture a bespoke item similar to the silicone slap watch. Ideally I would like the slap bracelet with a detachable rectangular attachement that can have information inserted and then sealed (similar to the watch face). The internal surface of the attachement must NOT be silicone - perhaps metal or plastic as this will require an adhesive label to be inserted before the unit is sealed. The attacheable unit must be able to take a label which is 21mm x 38mm. Initially I would like a prototype product for aproval then envisage ordering large quantities over a period of 2-3 years.
