Dear Sir, We, Shihab Corporate House Ltd., Tower Hamlet (6th Floor), 16 Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh intent to purchase Soybean Oil / Sunflower from your company as per following: 1. Commodity : a. Refined Soybean Oil 500 (Min) M.Tons Per Month b. Refined Sunflower Oil 100 (Min) M.Tons 2. Specification : As per your Received Sample 3. Period of Content : 01 (One) year 4. Payment : Irrevocable, Transferable or non-Transferrable confirmed L/C 100% payment at sight. 5. Performance Bond : Seller will provide 2% performance bond (bank guarantee) after receiving of L/C before shipment of goods. The above P.B will be forfeited if the seller will fail to make the shipment within the LC validity. 6. Inspection : S.G.S will inspect the goods for quality, quantity and others and inspection cost will be in Sellers Account.
