Bonded Ware House Terms and conditions.1.Ware house is located in Tanzania (Darussalam) and South Africa2.Seller to provide CIF quotes in US$ to destination ware house in NONLME-prices 3.Seller to include transportation cost in quotes4.No advance payment to seller5.No face to face meetings to see the stock6.Seller to provide STK number details7.Quality and Quantity inspection to be done by standard international agency8.Inspection at sellers cost before the material is shipped9.Inspection at buyers cost at destination ware house10.Payment can be made via mutually agreed process after the inspection papers are faxed/submitted to buyer11.Payment terms will be made by TT in 3-5 days12.Initial order will be minimum 1000MT and if ok will be followed by regular order of 1000-2000 MT per month for next 12 months
