Good day Sir!Enclose our request for Urea50¬â„¢000 MT (Fifty thousand metric tons) per month, in total 600,000.00 MT (Six hundred thousand metric tons) of UREA 46% PRILLED (H2N-CO-NH2) Agricultural Grade as per enclosed specification, Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF), INCOTERMS 2000; andWHEREAS: the buyer has the option to ask for delivery of 3 x 50000 metric tons within 2 months instead of 3 months and the total quantity of 900,000.00 MT per year, the seller shall negotiate this option with the supplier in Russia and WHEREAS : the buyer has the option to ask for a trial lot of 50000 metric tons for the first month of delivery with payment value of one DLC at same price and conditions as for the complete contractPayment: Non transferable letter of credit from Deutsch Bank Payment: by Documentary Letter of Credit, non transferable, issued by Deutsch Bank , Singapore for the value of three months shipment of 150 000 (hundred fifty thousand) metric tons, 100% payable at sight.At the end of 2nd month the Documentary Letter of Credit, non transferable, will be automatically renewed for the value and the volume of the next three months shipment of 150 000 (hundred fifty thousand) metric tons, 100% payable at sight, and the contract rolled over to the next quarter until the end of the contract and total shipment of 600 000 metric tons with option of 900 000 metric tons of Prilled Urea.Price request: 270 USD by MT Best Regards,David H.
