I need this to become my hold on a hiking staff; I use it continuously, due disabilities effecting my balance. It has to be able to hold the smaller loop where it comes through the staff, and then hold the loop where I put my hand through upto my wrist. I do not want it too require the use of holes, but with the ability to make adjustments, and removable from the staff. As I use it to pull and balance me forward with each step, it must not stretch or slip; that would cause me to lose balanced and stumble or fall. When I place the staff ahead of me, I hold it with my hand; when I take my step, I release my hand and us the strap by pressure on the bottom of my wrist only for ALL control.Hard for me too explain, as it is an unusual request that is hard to visualize.
