Dear Sirs:Greetings!We are Group of associates with offices in Ireland/Estonia/India/UAE engaged in facilitating supply chain management for a good number of our clients engaged in manufacturing metals/fine metals/solar products in Japan/ROC/Europe. Purpose of this mail is to identiy established, reliable and consistent suppliers of Copper ore concentrates, Manganese ore, and Ferro Silicon in a moderate quantity on a regular basis for shipments to be performed to our principals in Japan/Europe and ROC. Perhaps some of you must be aware of the import regulations in the EU and that those whose facilities are audited and are provided with REACH certificate for specific material can only be allowed to export to EU.In order not to waste your time and efforts, we would like to make it very clear that neither we nor our principals shall accept any payment term other than LETTER OF CREDIT thru bank and that 2% - 3% performance guarantee is a must at all times.
