SALES PROCEDURES. SBLC MT760 1. Seller sends FCO to the buyer and the buyer signs the FCO and returns it to the seller.2. Seller prepares draft contract and sends to buyer for consideration and amendments if any.3. Buyer and Seller sign SPA and Buyer immediately i Buyer Signs the verbiage for SBLC MT760. ii Buyer gets Bank Comfort Letter [BCL] from his bank and sends to seller. iii Buyer provides CIS [ Customer information system] to Seller.4. Buyer opens MT799 and sends the swift copy to Seller for confirmation.5. Buyer finally opens SBLC MT760 prior to confirmation of MT799 by Seller„s Bank.6. Seller‚¬Ëœs agent shall do the export arrangement as per CIF terms.7. Seller / representative will accompany the goods to buyer„s refinery to witness the smelting process and final payments by TT or MT103.
