Marketing your Products in Bangladesh as your Agents

Dear Sirs, We are in search of reputed and reliable suppliers/exporters world-wide, like your esteemed selves, willing to appoint us as their Bangladeshi Agents, of bulk wheat on a regular and long term basis to Bangladesh for supplies to both the Ministry Food, Government of the Peoples?? Republic of Bangladesh, as well as to commercial importers. Both business involve bid bonds and performance guarantees to be provided by the Sellers and payment is made through Letters of credit. Government purchases are usually between 50, 000 to 200, 000 Metric Tons per purchase, and private purchases range from 10, 000 to 50, 000 Metric tons.On our part, we offer the following services:1.Market all products offered by you to government and private importers on your behalf.2.Keep you updated by email/fax/phone/ordinary mail on all forthcoming purchase tenders and other sales opportunities in Bangladesh.3.Follow up and try to the best of our ability to negotiate and finalize the sales on your behalf. We will of course take all necessary steps to ensure that the buyers establish their L/C and meet all commitments as per contract.4.After the goods are shipped we will undertake to appoint shipping agents on your behalf, supervise the discharge and delivery of all cargo shipped by or on your behalf at Chittagong and/or Mongla ports and take all necessary steps to ensure that the goods are delivered to the consignees as per contract.5.We will undertake to take all necessary steps to ensure that you are protected against all unnecessary losses arising out of short-landing and quality claims, etc.6.We normally charge U.S.$.1.00 (United States dollar one) only per Metric Ton of wheat shipped as per relevant Bill of Lading, plus all other expenses at actuals.
