Looking for hardwood charcoal

Dear sirs/ Madams, I would like to introduce myself. my name is Eng. Youssef El-Masry, of Elmasry investments. our sister company over seas has a need for large quantities of hard wood charcoal. I reviewed specifications of your product posted on your website. although it does not match exactly the specs required, it is deemed acceptable. it is our intention to ship a 40 ft container every week to ten days after receiving the first container and inspecting the product, quality, packing, and other issues.please quote your best price per metric ton. if your quoted price is acceptable, or close to our target price, I intend to visit your facilities to familiarize myself with your plants, review your production process, your standard operating procedures, testing, and quality assurance practices.
