Need 4, 000 toy sailboats

RFQ Description

I need many small inexpensive toy sailboats. This boat should simply be a flat deck in the shape of a sailboat, it doesnt need to float and it doesnt need to look like a scale model. I modeled my mockup after a Cal29. The dimensions are: 7 inches long x 2.25 inch beam. 9.5 inch mast, 5.5 inch boom. Ripstop nylon main sail of various colors - yellow, red, blue, green, orange, etc. No jib. The sail must swing approximately +/- 50 degrees and be attached mid-boom to the back of the boat using a 3 inch lightweight fishing line. The mast should be centered 4 inches from the back. These sailboats will be used outdoors in all weather, so they must survive much wind and rain. Im not sure what material to use. Wood is possible, but it needs to be weatherized well.
