I have several fuel buyers that are majors such as Exxon, Shell, BP, and Major Airlines. They only want to purchase using major procedures not non-major procedures. Needs spots with R&E and some wants contracts. Prices can range from 9/7 to 11/7 using Platt prices not fixed.Looking for quantities from 5MT to 100MM B ++++++Procedures that they will follow:1. Pay Orders will be issued2. Seller with title signs the pay order confirming price and commissions.3. Purchase Order will be issued, buy the buyers direct to seller vis secured e-mail.4. Commercial Invoice, POP, dip test authority letter to be submitted by seller to buyr directly.5. Buyer makes payment buy MT103/23 for liftable qty.6.
