RFQ Description

I am the Buyers Mandate and under this CIF Procedure the Seller is responsible for shipping the goods to the Buyers destination with payment after final assay. Buyers Procedure: Destination: CIF to Dallas, TX (All assays and payment will be conducted here) Delivery Costs: Sellers responsibility (i.e. transportation, import/export taxes, & insurance). No Up Front Payments of any kind (i.e. shipping/transportation costs, costs to get gold stored out of security vault and/or bank) Type: Gold Dore BarsTrial Shipment: 5-25 kgs After trial shipment: 50-300 kgsWhat is Sellers best price for CIF Delivery (US Dollar per kg)? No Financial Instruments will be provided (i.e. L/C, SBLC) as payment is only Bank to Bank transaction 24-48 hours after assay no matter the sellers location. There are no contract requirements. Buyer will travel, but NOT to sign, shake hands and look at product that is not going to be paid for until after the assay at Dallas, TX. If agreed upon, Buyer will need items such as Export licenses, permits, certificates of origin, non criminal activity, and etc. If Buyer needs to clear customs for Seller, Buyer will need the same documents including Airway bills, manifest, invoices, and etc. Notes: What is Sellers best price for CIF Delivery (USD per kg)? Buyer has room for negotiation on everything except for No Upfront Payments and No Financial Instruments.
