Dear Sir, We are a well respected, highly esteemed import and export company based in Algeria.We have been importing since 2005. All the products we buy go to large building companies based in Algeria who are currently constructing thousands of flats.Could you therefore please give me the CIF prices port of Algiers Algeria for cement portland 42.5 50 000 Metric Ton/Metric per month(bags of 50kg), totalling 600,000MT of cement bought from you per year for our possible first year contract; after a year we can raise the quantity to 150,000MT per month. We have people ready to sign a contract with you as soon as possible.Also, just to mention to you that the Algerian governments policy is that businesses are obliged to work with a Letter of Credit, and this is the only payment option. Personally I believe that this assures safety and security for both companies, so I hope that you can work with that.Question 1) Also would you be willing to begin exporting your cement from March 2014?Question 2) Regarding my commission, how much would you propose I receive per tonne in this contract?Question 3) Once we reach an official agreement, when could we go to visit you in your factory?IMPORTANT: Would you please give us honest, reliable shipping companies in turkey that we could use for shipping with no delay?Question 4) Are you certain that your factory has the ability to produce exactly 50,000MT of cement every month with no delay? I ask this important question because on the other side in Algeria we have to sign a contract with building companies ,so I hope you can be sure that in your factory they can definitely produce 50,000MT of cement every month AND ship it on time.Finally, just to inform you that the Algerian government are building 2.5million new appartments for social housing, therefore the entrepeneurs have target prices when building the appartments, therefore I hope that your prices are within the governments range.
