Greetings of the day, We, Victoria General Trading and behalf of our principal buyer are looking to purchase Urea-46 agricultural-fertilizer (Granular size) from your company. -Quantity: 10,000MT Spot order -Destination: CIF Novi Sad-Serbia by Road or Rail Transport / CIF Port of Bar-Montenegro by sea -Origin: Any -Packaging: 25kgs or jumbo bags -Inspection: SGS inspection -Payment Terms: Transferable LC at destination port -Target Price: Ask Buyer-Ask Buyer -Sample Request: 4kgs for the inspection and biolab check for Ministry of Trade Approval Keep in mind we will ONLY ask for the Sample after: 1. NCNDA is signed by both parties 2. FCO is signed by both parties 3. ICPO with Banking information is signed by both parties Note: in order to import Urea-46 into Serbia, the buyer has to receive a sample and the following documents for registering the product in the Ministry: - manufacturer's certificate on the composition and content of nutrients; - safety data sheet in accordance with the regulations governing chemicals; - information from the manufacturer on the method of production and the raw materials included in the composition of means for plant nutrition. Due to the sensitivity of disclosing such documents, the buyer can only skip the process (mentioned above) of sample and documents required if any proof was provided by the seller that the product has been shipped/registered in Serbia previously.
