Hello, I am looking a particular swivel tilt mechanism with 1" dia X 4" -/+ long shaft, mounting holes at 5 1/4" square on center. These are used on caster chairs that uses a plastic bushing on kitchen or dining room chairs, also used on swivel tilt barstool chair and gaming chairs. I've attached a PDF picture.
