RFQ Description

I have a new game and am looking to find a printer capable of producing something similar to a deck of playing cards. I need to know if you have a similar sized mould set up already which can produce a pack of cards with measurements close to 75mm x 50mm. This is slightly smaller than your standard bridge card size. The stock used can be the cheapest card and instead of 52 cards I am looking to make packs of 40-50 cards. Each pack needs to be inside a standard card case (similar to any budget deck of cards). There is no need for any plastic coating on the cards or any plastic shrink wrap as I want each pack to be fully recyclable. Also the cards dont need to have rounded corners. The printing will be similar to playing cards in that one side of each card will have a generic one colour design and the other a unique design with 3 to 4 colours.The volume I am looking to order would be 5,000 - 10,000 decks. Please send me a quote for 5,000 - 10,000 packs of cards that match my description as closely as possible. If there are any ways to reduce the costs such as only using one colour on each side of the cards I am happy to hear about it. I hope this all makes sense.
