Dear SirsI hold a mandate of two large buyers of JP54.We wish to proceed on a CI Dip and Pay basis for the first lift. FOB Rotterdam or any Russian Port. First lift to be 1 to 2 million bbls JP54.We wish to confirm that the product is in the tanks of the seller mandate holder as a first step. As such we require that when the Seller issues the CI it also issues SGS with it. We will then effect payment via MT103 within 4 -5 working hours.
