Dear Sir,We introduce our self as one of the leading high pressure pipe fitting & forging manufacturer in Hyderabad under the brand name of M/s UI Pipe Fittings Pvt ltd For last 25 years.We are now going for our expansion of manufacturing facilities with a new modernized plant at Hyderabad.For this purpose we have a requirement of Water pressure intensifier up to 30000 to 40000 psi for our hydro forming machine.The requirement of the process is as under.1. Intensification of pressure up to 40000 psi or more.2. Media - Water at normal pressure & temperature.3. Blending to Media Coolant or cutting oil.4. Process in which this will be incorporated hydro forming (TEE hydro forming of Carbon steel, SS304, and Alloy steel up to 6¬Â pipe)5. Flow rate- Max 5 lts per min.
