Dear Sirs, Our company participates in a national bidding for supply and installation of energy systemsusing wind turbines and solar panels. Within this order we are interested in prices and specification for the following equipment:1.10 kW, 15 kW, 20-25 kW vertical axis wind turbines able to operate at extremely low temperatures (please consider low temperature lubricant and shape of blades). Minimal rotation speed - 3 m/s. Based on preliminary survey, the wind speed at sites varies from 6-11 m/s2.Photovoltaic monocritalline panels, with total power of 10 to 25 kW. Panels should be able to withstand low temperatures down to -60 C. When indicating a price, please indicate price for a frame as well.3.Gel type batteries. Each should be at least 150-250 Ah. 4.Charge controllers. Should have indicators of low charge, automatic shut-off function when voltage is too high or too low, manual turn-off switch, automatic charge leveling, temperature indicator.5.True and modified sine inverters, 220 V, 60 Hz.In your specification also include weight, dimensions and load in a container.When indicating a price, please include in a separate line price ExWorks. Prices should free of VAT. We would like to buy, if possible, all five categories from one supplier, however we will also accept partial proposals.
