RFQ Description

Dear ColleaguesFor education and research purposes, I need a miniature, as small as possible laboratory induction furnace for preparation the precision metal alloys of total mass from 10 to 100 grams in crucible, in vacuum and inert gas atmosphere of, in particular, Fe, Co, Ni, Rh, Pd, Pt granules or/and swarf. So the temperature of at least 2000C should be reachable.- Using the furnace, I must first wash out the chamber repeatedly (vacuum - Ar gas - vacuum - Ar gas, about 3 times), and then smelt or re-melt the alloy under Ar gas overpressure of not less than one atmosphere. For that, the chamber must be quite hermetically screwed up).- To reach a satisfactory homogeneity I have to have an opportunity to hold the alloy in liquid state under Ar gas overpressure about 60 minutes.- Because of hot climate and lack of pure soft water, I have to cool the furnace with distilled water byrecirculating water miniature chiller.- The furnace should be equipped with some temperature control and may be supplied with suitable optical pyrometer.- I have to have an opportunity to watch the melting process by sight.- Perforce, I have to have an opportunity to operate the furnace completely manually. If you have a furnace like that I briefly described, please provide me with full specification of the system so that I could convince myself that it is really what I need, and also send me your Pro-forma Invoice.Thank you in advance.Sincerely YoursProf. Murad AnnaorazovInstitute of Advanced Technologies Research and DevelopmentEastern Mediterranean UniversityPB 95, Salamis Yolu, Famagusta, via Mersin 10, Turkey Tel.: +90 392 630 2717 (lab.), +90 392 630 1377 (office)Fax: +90 392 365 1604DELIVERY ADDRESS:EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN UNIVERSITYPURCHASING OFFICEFAMAGUSTA (GAZIMAGUSA)ULTIMATE DESTINATION TO CIF - ERCAN AIRPORTVIA ISTANBUL - TURKEY miniature induction furnace 2000c, ferromagnetic alloys smelting, vacuum inert gas pressure vacuum-pressure induction mini smelting furnace 2000C, thermocouple welding mini device
