Looking for qiqifashion company

Dear Qiqifashion Team,Dear Sir / Madam, My name is Henri Lopato and I am representing Estonian company H&H Clothes OÃÅ“. We are in process of starting our business in replica clothes field in Estonia and our aim is to combine best quality and best price to the end users.Therefore we would have great interest to find out possible cooperation opportunities with Qiqifashion in order to have distributor/reseller position in Estonian.I would highly appreciate if we could send me some feedback whether there would be a possibility to discuss further about distributor/reseller agreements.Btw, about 3 years ago we did a lot of cooperation with different wholesale companies and we ordered a lot of goods . We were very pleased and happy but unfortunately we had to stop it, because Estonian customs law about ordering goods out of the EU countries became more critical.Now it goes like this:* If would i like to order goods from company(you) to private person(me) - up to 27$ is tax free- up to 190$ VAT- over 190$ VAT + 12% duty fee* If i would like to order goods as a gift from private person to private person (it means that the goods must not be accompanied by an invoice)- up to 58$ is tax free- over 58$ VAT + 12% duty feeSo i kindly ask, is there any possible way of cooperation by tricking the customs. Because if we have to pay all the taxes, the final price including our fee would be extremely high, an there is no point to sell the products with minimum fee.My suggestion would be to send goods from private person by gift. With no invoice inside the package. Also mark the total value of the products always less than 45 $ even if the actual price goes over than 45$. Then it seems to customs that we are getting a gifts by no paying for it.Is it possible?Also there is opprotunity to send goods from company to private person by noting total value under the 27$Ofcourse we pay actual price by paybal and you could send the invoice me by e-mail.
