RFQ Description

Dear SirsI require ROUGH DIAMONDS clarity VVS1 & VVS2, 500crt (sizes 3crt and above) on a long-term acquisition contract, my terms and conditions are as follows;1. I will acquire a minimum of between 50crt upto 100crt of DIAMONDS on myfirst transaction. 100crt upto 200crt on my second transaction, and 200crtupto 400crt on my third transaction.2. Price offer must be FOB quote to BUYERS port of destination (BUYER to begiven Collateral for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd transactions) in exchange for thefees for Taxes to be paid.3. No advance payments as of the 4th transaction since the SELLER will have attained sufficient funds from the 1st, 2nd & 3rd transactions. The 4th transaction shall be (100%) CIF quote.4. Payments shall be by T/T.5. Send copy of MANIFEST (for DIAMONDS) signed and stamped.6. Send copy of SKR (where DIAMONDS) are located.7. Send copy of End SELLERS colored Passport.8. If SELLERS representative, send copy of legal Power of Attorney.9. Send Invoice showing total taxes to be paid by the BUYER on the 1st transaction.10. Send copies of Past Performance documents;- Airway bills of previous sales- Examples of draft contracts signed by previous BUYERS.11. If SELLER is still supplying to previous BUYERS.12.
