Dear Sir , You are kindly requested to provide us with your best quotation price for a trial order of one quantity crimping machine (any good alternative that serve our crimping purposes will be considered) as per the following : A.Supply of a quality large bore vertical crimping machine to crimp clamps or rings on rubber sleeves to air spring shock absorbers (Steel Clamp size varies from Dia. 75mm to 170mm X 2.5mm thickness X from 10mm to Max. 20mm wide) , equipped with the following component & specs : 1 . Hydraulic pump with maximum pressure of 200 bars . 2 . Motor,5 Hp. 50/60Hz . 3 . All required hoses are high pressure . 4 . Gages , Sensors , Measuring Meters , Regulators and Switches are high quality made 5 . Cabinet is made of 3.0 mm steel including covered storage area for molds (Dies Sets) , rigid chassis enough not to shake upon crimping with quality paint &Finish. 6 . Emergency & safety stop switch . 7 . Molds movement on sledge that are pressed at the same time and equal Pressure. 8 . I need 2 options : 1 . Automatic ACT control 2 . Manual micrometer control . B. MOLDS (Master & Adapter Dies) : 1 . Are made of BOHLER steel with Suitable (Thermal treatment). 2 . 12 different size of molds to crimp rings(clamps) diameter varies from 75mm to 170mm Your urgent action is highly appreciated , kindly advise dimensions and weight of the machines and required power supply .
