My name is Charles Carneal. I have purchased several of your products in January of 2016. First purchase- 10.5 lb. Elite Star black/silver/blue with blue/black Elite single ball bag. LOVE this ball. I am a 175 lb. straight on power bowler, meaning I chuck it hard down the lane waiting on resounding CRASH when your product makes contact with the pins.FUN! Not a scratch on my ball.Remember this for later. I always go bowling with my wife of 20 years. On to my second purchase- 8 lb. Elite Star Neon yellow/orange/green with orange/black bag. She also loved her ball. We bowl twice a month at our local mom + pop owned bowling alley, no leagues just for fun. She weighs 150 lbs. maybe and throws straight on with a soft lob. has rhuem. arthritis. So obviously not throwing the ball real hard right? Just this past week we went bowling at our same fave spot and about halfway thru our 2nd game I noticed a streak on her ball. Upon further inspection I realized it was not a streak but in fact a 3-4 in crack in the outside shell of ball. I do not think this is common problem as I stated above I certainly throw your ball much harder and mine doesnt even have a scratch. I think maybe this particular ball may have had a factory defect and somehow got thru quality control. I do not want a refund but I am still a full fan of your product. Would it be possible to get her ball replaced with another & would you be interested in the return of ball we have for a quality inquiry???
