Rough Diamonds: Cuttable, Gem-Grade White or Fancy Color

Rough Diamonds Wanted: Must be cuttable, gem-grade stones. My maximum first order is up to 100 stones (up to 500 carats). Exact number in first order will depend on price and inspection. If everything is acceptable on the first order, following orders will be larger (750 up to 5000 stones) and orders will be placed every 1 - 2 months.Weight/Size: I prefer rough stones of 3 - 25 carats. I am interested in larger sizes as well, but these would be on a pricing and inspection basis. I understand all pieces cant be your premium stock and there will be smaller stones in every parcel. This is not a problem, and why I will want a picture of my order and specific details on stones 5 carats and above. I will request a photo of the stones for my specific order with a handwritten card with a specific message.Either white or fancy color diamonds will be viewed. White are preferred, but yellow or red fancy stones may be needed.Color desired: D-H with I and J being acceptable as 30% or less of the total order. Clarity: FL - VS2 would be preferable. This is necessary if rough stone is 5 carats or above. (VVS1-VS2 expected to be majority of the order) Note: I1- I3 only considered at 10 carats or above.Must have all necessary certifications/certificates. (Can be discussed)Anyone who wants to do business with me should be aware that for our first order, I will request a time for myself and a gemologist/associate to view the stones and meet with you in person. Payment will only be made through systems which can protect my payment until delivery is accepted and agreed upon. (eg. No western union or money gram, unless I have seen the stones or have established business with you before)I am a very serious buyer who is not going to waste your time, and I do not like to have my time wasted either.
