Trunions made of cast Steel .The drum shell is fitted with stainless steel division channels. Baffle type drainage, polypropylene grids 19 mm with perforated Stainless steel screen. Size:3080mm long x 510 mm width x 0.3 mm thick X 0.5 mm Hole size x 625 hpsi with 12.7 mm un-perforated Border on Long side, Material;AISI-304 SS.The Trough is made of carbon steel 6mm Thick having welded Construction with heads of carbon steel and re-enforced by sectional steel. Agitator is driven by 2 KW electric motor with fixed speed reduction Gear fitted through a crank shaft and connecting rod to given the Agitation approx. 11 rpm. The filtrate discharge piping which is stainless steel collects from 6 outlets per section and is connected to a automatic discharge stationery head The filter cake discharge scraper is of counter weight type of steel construction With rubber tip mounted on filter tanks.
