Looking for cut to length line machine

Hello Mr. Kingjime Xiong, My name is Mike Stanovich and I work for DPL Enterprises, dba AirCare in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.We manufacture HVAC air filters using electrostatic media with Expanded metal for strength. We are expanding our production and need another machine to take expanded metal from our coils, straighten and level it, the cut it to length. The expanded material is 500mm and 600 mm wide and will be cut into lengths from 200mm to 1500mm long. The expanded material is made from .2mm thick galvanized steel. Our current machine feeds 10 Mmin, which is acceptable. We have a longchange over time between the 2 widths and a problem with the material alignment so that the cuts are straight and square within + 2mm The other problem is the levelerstraightener is not easy to adjust and takes a lot of time.Please quote a machine to meet these requirements with lead time. We have 220 volt Single or 3 Phase.Best RegardsMike
