Salih Eren BAL, closely following every stage of the textile industry since 2010, realized his knowledge and experience with Rota Textile, which he established in 2019 in Istanbul. As a family business founded in 2019 in Istanbul, Turkey, Rota has grown to be one of the world’s leading textile companies with its product range. Rota Textile, operating in a thousand square meters closed area until 2020, with nearly 150 employees in the production of women’s, men’s and children’s ready-to-wear, and with a total of 1.500 square meters of production areas in Istanbul, today, has taken place in Turkey’s largest apparel and garment manufacturers. In addition to sustainable production tools in its investments, Rota Textile based on human resources, has increased the number of employees by 100 percent in the last 2 years, and has made the biggest investment in people and focused on employment. Rota Textile has achieved sustainable growth by investing internationally, with operations in Turkey, the United Kingdom, Germany. With its highly experienced design and business development teams in Istanbul and Manchester, Rota Textile anticipates its customers’ needs, developing and delivering in-demand products and solutions accordingly. All Rota business processes, from initial design to final delivery of products to client stores, are managed meticulously by the in-house teams.
