ABOUT US You Know Who We Are Hailing from the coir capital of India, Tirupur, we are two energetic young individuals from two families who collaborated as one entity committed to offering the finest coir products. As vertically integrated coir manufacturers and exporters, with manufacturing operations in two distinct locations, we possess coir block units, coir yarn units, dry yards, pith ageing fields, water ponds, and pollution control systems that assist in mass production. Our own coconut plantation spreading over 200 acres supplies at least 25% of the husks to our fibre mills. We are committed to procuring our coir resources ethically and responsibly and continuously refining the production procedures to reduce environmental effects.With over two decades of expertise under our belt, we run modern fibre mills that produce top-quality fibres, virgin coir pith, and coir yarns. INFRASTRUCTURE Our manufacturing units at two locations, runs on high-tech equipment & 20 Hector area for coir pith ageing fields, 4.5 Lakhs Sq.ft area of concrete drying yards to ensure that the coir materials have the proper structure and high porosity which allows us to meet worldwide requirements. We have created our production line of coco peat blocks and coir fibre from top-quality raw material at a rapid production rate. To supply the best products, we each have fibre mills, coir block units with good infrastructures and automation in place.Further we do have two ply coir yarn unit, huge rain water ponds and pollution control systems. We keep investing on our factories for further expansion and modernization.
