We are well known in Indian Market as manufacturer of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & Stainless-Steel Forgings & Machining Components Specially for forge Fittings, Valve, Automotive and Agriculture Parts Company at Palwal Faridabad since 1991. GATE AND GLOBE VALVES We are manufactures high quality Gate & Globe valve forgings that come in a set of 2 pieces (Body + Bonnet) with sizes ranging from ½” (15mm) to 2"(50mm). FITTINGS 90 degree Elbow & Tee sets in sizes ranging from ½” to 24” Seamless in all grade and 16” to 24” welded two halves. Tee/Reducing ½” to 24” Seamless and welded Cap, Reducer Ecc/Conc / Dish end up to 48” Forge fitting up to 4” x 3000 # in all material grade. FLANGES - Forge Flanges .5 ” up to 24 ” (WNRF, SORF and BLRF) All class in all material grade. Others customize forging as per customer’s specification and drawings. Our products are forged out from different material specification such as Carbon Steel, Alloy steel, Stainless Steel, low temperature Carbon Steel and duplex and super duplex material etc. Conforming to various standard ie, ASME ASTM, API, etc, National and International Standards and specifications under customer appointed Third Party Inspection agencies viz Lloyds, DNV, BVIS, TUV, IRS , Tata, Bax Counsel and others, who are frequently visits our work place for stage wise inspection. Our full manufacturing process has been accepted and approved by nominated third party inspection agency prior to delivery. We are currently one of the leading suppliers to various Government and private sector of companies which include the BHEL, IOCL, RCFL, IGL, RIL, GAIL, NTPC ETC also registered with IBR for manufacture and supply of IBR Flanges &forge fittings. We have all the required facility in- house available on our work premises to manufacturing the aforesaid items including Heat treatment, destructive and non - destructive testing. We are also fully equipped with all modern infrastructural requirements for forging, Heat Treatment and machining of our products and all managed by qualified and dedicated long experience in flanges and forge fittings industry. We have a team of fully qualified and experienced right from Director to the supervisor level in all the department including quality assurance and quality control department which is headed by a highly qualified and technical group of personal, assisted by well qualified Q.C Engineers. Due to timely delivery and quality consciousness, through knowledge of standards, customers feed - back, highly qualified personal in house, manufacturing, testing, machining, and wide range of products including expensive quality check-up and aim to satisfy to all customer satisfaction, SKY FORGE grown up to the top within a very short period of time and determine to keep up consistent tempo.
