International & Circle One Promotions are the Sister Companies of Step Ladder Transportation Inc., a for profit Corporation licensed under Title 10C-423 under the Secretary of State of Minnesota since 1998. This Corporation serves as an Intermediary Body for Command and Control for all transactions in International Trade and Commerce, following all rules and guidelines in Accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce Convention (I.C.C. 500). We have a team of dedicated and committed executives capable of handling all trade agreements around the world and tracking all shipments to the end. We source, negotiate and communicate directly with all parties so that a full understanding of all terms is complete, and shipments can commence without any delays according to schedule. J.U.A. International & Circle One Promotions shall and will:  Monitor and track all shipments with Supplier until the completion of the Quantity of Urea bought and paid for is transferred into your possession.  Make timely contact communication with Supplier if any problems arise in this contractual obligation.  Maintain accountability of all shipments, which will include all Bills of Lading that facilitate this contract, with check calls frequently.  Maintain accurate data accountability for review and inspection at any time to END BUYER and its affiliates for the duration of the agreement.  Fulfill our Obligational requirements to this Contract from Acceptance to Conclusion. J.U.A. International & Circle One Promotion is looking to establish a long-term, steady, and friendly business relationship with your organization through our mutual effort and cooperation. Kindly provide an Official Letter of Intent (LOI) on your corporate letterhead, along with a signed NCND that is provided by this Corporation, so that the signed Contract and all addendums can be forwarded to all parties involved.
