We are producing the biggest concrete based terrazzo slabs in the World. Our biggest slab size; 150x300x2 cm TOPAZ INC. was founded to deal with the production of floor coverings & precasted products in the construction sector in Türkiye. Our company achieved to introduce and apply an extremely advanced technology, which has been just started to know in the world markets, in our county thus 40% of production capacity is exported to many countries successfully. Based on this unique technology, the mixture ratio combining the cement with water is optimized by using the vacuuming method under pressure of 800 tons so actually the real Single Layer Artificial Marble Floor Coverings can be offered both in Turkish and abroad markets for the satisfaction of consumers. The production range of Terrazzo consists of the products to be produced in 4 different formats with the specification i.e. 3 different surfaces of process. The product types can be listed as polished, brushed , sanded products. For the color option, the products can be produced in any color without any restriction. The sizes of products : 30x30x1.6 - 2.5 cm, 40x40x2.0 – 3.5 cm, 40x60x2.0 – 5.0 cm, 60x60x2.4 – 5.0 cm, 60x60x2.4 – 5.0 cm The mixture ratio combining the cement with water is optimized since the excessive water of the mixture is discharged through the vacuum thus the smooth surface without pore and the intensive texture facilitate the base of high endurance and aesthetic appearance. Besides the production of Terrazzo Floor Coverings, TOPAZ INC. also produces the complimentary products i.e. L section stair, stair, skirting, coping, windowsill, slat, and the products for the landscape projects, i.e. Washbeton Floor covering and kerb as well as the special precasted components specific to your project. Our products are offered particularly for the extended uses in the shopping malls, airports, schools, train and underground stations, business buildings in order to create an aesthetic appearance along with the cost saving solutions related to the workmanship and maintenance works.
