Range: System voltage – up to 765 kv Rated current: 3150 A, 4000A, 7500A, 11250A Short time current – 50, 63 Ka for 1 sec & 50 Ka for 3 secs Standards: Our products will conform to ANSI/NEMA CC1-2009 & IS 5561- 2018 and as per customer requirements. Type tests: We have type tested our products up to 765 kv system voltage at CPRI/ ERDA.We have also carried type test on clamps and connectors up to 330 KV system voltage at EDF - France Latest product development: We have developed & supplied 1200 Kv Clamps and Connectors for Power Grid Corporation of India’s test project at Bina (M.P)- India and found the performance is satisfactory Our customer profile: We have exported our substation power connectors to USA, Italy, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Korea, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Estonia, UAE and Myanmar. AXESS SEVEN Reliance infrastructure ltd Bhopal & Dhule transmission company ltd Our aim: Our aim is to consolidate stringent requirements of various international standards and specifications which assures high performance and reliability of power connectors and accordingly, we have carried out the following type tests.  Corona and RIV test on 765 KV clamps and connectors at CPRI- ( STLA member)  Corona and RIV Test on 500 KV Clamps and connectors as per ANSI/NEMA CC1-2009 at GPRI  Short time current test as per BS159-for 31.5 kA-3 Sec , 50 kA-3, & 63 kA-1 Sec Seconds at CPRI- Bangalore / ERDA -VADODARA  Temperature rise test as per ANSI/NEMA CC1-2009 at CPRI-Bhopal on 132KV, 500KV and 765KV connector’s current rating up to 5000,7500 &11250 Amps Central Power Research Institute -Bhopal, India. (Connectors tested at 20% less than the recommended torque).  Performance Test (Corrosion Test-300 Hrs) as per CS57-98 at CPRI  Measurement of resistance before and after temperature rise test as per BS159 at CPRI  Torque strength on bolted connectors (150% of recommended torque) as per ANSI/NEMACCI & CS57-98 at CPRI-  Ultimate Torque strength on bolted connectors: (200% of recommended Torque) as per CS57-98 at Central Power Research Institute, Bangalore, India.  Pull out strength test as per ANSI / NEMA- CC1 at CPRI-  Cantilever test on BUS support connectors as per ANSI/NEMA-CC1  We are enclosing our company profile for your kind perusal and look forward to receive your valued enquiry and assure you that we will serve you with enormous zeal to bring you greater satisfaction.
