Built according to the concept of intelligence, informatization, and automation, Aibote not only possesses full-automatic production lines and high-precision equipment but also applies four master systems (PLM, ERP, SRM, APS) in company operation and management. By introducing MES and WMS systems, Aibote has achieved full process coverage of lean production and QC management. Situated in a dedicated TECH building with a total floor space of 4000 square meters, Aibote R&D and QC testing centers are equipped with various advanced analytical and testing facilities categorized as 3 functional modules: * Analytical Labs (water parameters, microbiological index, filtration performance, noise test, RoHS) * Reliability Labs (packaging, structure, environmental simulation, aging test, transportation impact, water utilization efficiency) * Safety and Compliance Lab (electric appliances relevant tests)
