We are an international supplier of chemical raw materials, mainly for the paint, coatings, detergents, foam and resins sectos. We also supply into inks, glass, textiles, construction, adhesives, water treatment and a few other sectors. We are purchasing our cargoes from factories in Russia, China, Korea, Taiwan, and so forth and selling them to the final end user customers. Our main markets of sale are South America (Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Dominican Republic, and so forth) and Africa (Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Kenya, Nigeria, and so forth). We also supply a little bit to Europe (Germany, Netherlands Belgium) and Asia (India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia). We are usually purchasing the products on FCA/EXW or FOB basis. FCA/EXW means that we pick the goods up straight from the factory and are responsible to arrange the full transportation to our customer. FOB means that the factory from which we buy is responsible for the costs up to loading the goods onto the vessel and we are then responsible to pay for the freight. We are usually selling our goods on CFR or CIF basis (this means delivering the goods to the discharge port which our customers are requesting).
