Today, we offer you prickly pear seed oil of exceptional quality, 100% pure and unrefined, certified organic, ECOCERT/COSMOS/USDA certified. It is made entirely by hand by over a hundred employees, two-thirds of whom are Bedouin; some families have worked on the farm for generations on our 460-hectare estate. The seeds are extracted, dried, and then cold-pressed, drop by drop (1 liter of oil = 8 hours of pressing 30 kg of seeds), to preserve the unparalleled concentration of vitamin E, essential fatty acids (omega 6 and 9, etc.), and antioxidants.
