Our company is 120 kilometers away from Shanghai and has an easy access to land and water transportation. Hengye specializes in offering various excellent forging products to such industries as petrochemical engineering, power station (nuclear power, thermal power, wind power), ship, and mechanical manufacturing. So far Hengye is a high-tech enterprise that has excellent product research, production, sale and service system. Hengye boasts a powerful technical team, which includes 32 senior engineers and professional technical staff as well as 21 full-time test and inspection staff. These staff provide the most powerful technical support to our production and quality control. Besides, our company is equipped with 6300-ton free forging hydraulic press, 8-ton electro hydraulic forging hammer, various CNC machine tools and other cutting-edge devices, which provide customers with coordinated service including blanking, forging, heat treatment, machining. In order to supply products of higher quality, Hengye obtained the API Q1 quality management system certification of the US, national manufacturing license for special equipment (pressure piping element), certificate of safety registration for steel forging products for boiler and pressure vessels, as well as the PED 97/23/EC and AD2000-Merkblatt WO certification of Germany’s TUV, US’s ABS, France’s BV, Germany’s GL-DNV, Italy’s RINA and other classification society certification.
