We offer a wide variety of knit and sew services. With 30 sewing machines, three 3,5,6,7 gauge knitting machines, and two 10, 12 gauge knitting machines, well as Die Cutting and Serging, we can construct your product with any design. Our primary focus is on knitting pre-cut panels to your specifications. We have a bar-tacker, single needle, overlock, cup seamer, walking foot, serger, cover stitch, clicker press, and cutting table. Some additional services we can provide are: raw material storage, hang tagging, UPC barcode printing, woven label development, care label printing, individual bagging, master bag/box, EDI and DC compliant. From 200 units to 1000000 units plus we can discuss your manufacturing needs!
